General information about the lease and rental discount:

1. Lease begins January 1, 2018, and ends July 25, 2018. Subsequent lease to begin 8/1/2018. No discount for month of July.

2. Full security deposit required at signing of lease, equal in amount to one month's discounted rent.

3. Pre-dated rent checks shall be given to Landlords at start of lease. This is meant to eliminate late rent. If there are no pre-dated checks, rent is late, or rent checks are returned for non-sufficient funds, full rent of $2,000.00 shall be the rental amount due for the month. Tenants receive a $200.00 discount on rent if rent is paid on the first day of the month. Rent shall be paid with checks from each individual tenant.
