3. Pre-dated rent checks shall be given to Landlords at start of lease.
This is meant to eliminate late rent. If there are no pre-dated checks,
rent is late, or rent checks are returned for non-sufficient funds,

Tenants receive a $200.00 discount on rent if rent is paid on the first
